Conclusion of Contract:
The purchase contract between you (the customer) and the VSN Retro Gaming Store (owner: Svetlana Vladimirova, email: vsnretrogamingstore@gmail.com) is only concluded upon our express order confirmation via email. By submitting your order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or reject this offer within two business days, e.g., in the event of errors in the item description, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of the goods.
The order confirmation contains all relevant contract information (item, price, delivery address). A contract is only concluded when we confirm your order via Email. If a product is not available, we will inform you immediately and refund any amounts already paid. For international orders, additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which are not our responsibility.

Pricing and Taxes:
At VSN Retro Gaming Store, all prices are displayed in Euros (€). Currency conversion may be shown for convenience, but payment will be settled in Euros unless otherwise stated. The price also includes applicable value-added tax (VAT) where required by law.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to errors, market changes, or currency fluctuations before order confirmation. Once your order is confirmed, the price remains fixed. Discounts, promotions, or coupon codes cannot be applied retroactively.
All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other trusted third-party providers. Payment must be completed in full before order fulfillment. For EU customers, VAT is included at checkout. Non-EU customers may see VAT removed depending on their local regulations, but any applicable import taxes will be handled by their local customs office. Import duties and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.

Payment Methods:
At VSN Retro Gaming Store, we currently accept payment via bank transfer (direct bank payment). Once your order is placed, you will receive our banking details to complete the transaction. Please ensure the payment is processed within 2 business days, or your order may be canceled.
We reserve the right to modify or expand our accepted payment methods at any time. Future updates may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other secure payment providers, which will be clearly listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely, and we do not store your payment details.

Retention of Title:
At VSN Retro Gaming Store, ownership of goods remains with VSN Retro Gaming Store until full payment is received. If an order must be cancelled before dispatch (e.g., due to unavailability or pricing errors), we reserve the right to cancel the contract and refund the customer in full. Once payment is confirmed and goods are dispatched, ownership transfers to the customer.
This Retention of Title (ROT) clause applies to all orders, regardless of delivery status. You may not resell, modify, or pledge the Products as collateral until full ownership is transferred. If the Products are combined with other items, we retain proportional ownership until full payment is made. In case of default (e.g., unpaid invoices), we may demand the return of the Products at your expense or charge a restocking fee.
For international orders, local laws regarding retention of title may apply, but this clause remains valid unless superseded by mandatory regulations. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Limitation of liability:
At VSN Retro Gaming Store ("we," "us," or "our"), our liability for damages is limited in accordance with applicable European Union law.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption), except where liability is mandatory under applicable laws. In particular, we do not accept liability for damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification of our products by the customer or third parties.
Our liability for slight negligence is limited to direct and foreseeable damages that are typical for this type of contract. Any further liability is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes liability where it is prohibited by law, including but not limited to cases involving intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or liability under product safety regulations.

These Terms of Service and any contracts formed via this website are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you are also protected by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country. Disputes related to this contract shall be handled by the competent courts at our business location in Germany, unless another jurisdiction is required by mandatory consumer law.
For business customers, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Mönchengladbach, Germany.
VSN Retro Gaming Store is operated via Shopify Inc., which acts solely as an e-commerce infrastructure provider and is not a party to the sales contract.
