We want you to love your retro gaming gear — but if something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve got your back. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

Items that do not qualify for return include:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized/customized items

  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged)


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at vsnretrogamingstore@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • A photo (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Important: Please do not send your return without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt until the return is confirmed.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note: We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return was due to an error on our part.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
