At VSN Retro Gaming Store, we strive to deliver your retro gear quickly, safely, and reliably. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping practices.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Europe, Canada, the United Kingdom, and many other international regions. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to contact us at vsnretrogamingstore@gmail.com.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We offer free shipping on all orders over 50€ if the shipping address lies in Germany, over 80€ if the shipping address lies in the European Union and over 100€ if the shipping address lies in any other country.

Note: Orders may be delayed during holidays, customs processing, or due to weather-related events.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
You can use it to track your shipment status in real time.


Packaging

We ensure that all products are safely packaged. Some items may ship separately depending on your order size or location.


Unsuccessful Deliveries

Please make sure your address is complete and correct.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unclaimed package, the customer is responsible for the reshipping costs.

We partner with reliable carriers such as DHL, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail, and other regional services.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us at vsnretrogamingstore@gmail.com within 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.


Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.
