We provide a 14-day hassle free retourn option. To retourn a product you need to ship it in original quality and the same packaging to the address which we will provide you with. Simply contact us to start the process and to get the etikett and address.

Important: Please contact us before sending us the product back, as we won´t accept the product otherwise.

To cancel or modify an order after placing it you need to contact us before 10 hours after making the payment have passed.

We offer free shipping to orders above 50€ if you are in Germany, above 80€ if you are in the European Union and above 100€ if you are in any other country.

We also offer free shipping in special offerings, which normaly happen once per year. So if you don´t want to miss that we would recommend you to subscribe to our newsletter!
